Diagnosis: This is usually caused by clock desynchronization or phishing.

Fix: 1. Disable JavaScript (Safest security level in Tor). 2. Ensure your system clock is set to UTC. 3. If you are on a phishing link, your password may have been stolen. Reset impossible without PGP.

Diagnosis: Blockchain latency.

Fix: We require 10 confirmations. This prevents double-spend attacks. Check your TXID on XMRChain.net (Onion). If verified and over 2 hours passed, open a ticket with TXID.

Protocol: All orders have an auto-finalize timer. If the vendor does not mark as shipped within 72 hours, the order cancels and funds return to you. Do not finalize early.
